Projects such as Ripple, Triton and OER Impact have made available workflows and research for those who want to get started in OER. Currently Politics in Spires, Great Writers Inspire, WW1 Centenary: Continuations and Beginnings and Europeana 1914-1918 are collecting together OER under themes to support teaching and learning across the board. The purpose of Open Education Week is to raise awareness of the open education movement and its impact on teaching and learning worldwide. Participation in all events and use of all resources is free an open to anyone.
